These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services offered by IQ Digital (“Agency,” “we,” “us”).
1. Services
IQ Digital provides marketing services including lead generation, automation, performance tracking, and strategic consulting as outlined in your individual Service Agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate business and contact information.
Grant timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., Facebook Ad Manager).
Approve campaigns and content within specified timelines.
Avoid interfering with running ads or altering funnels post-approval.
3. Fees & Payments
Service fees and ad spend minimums are outlined in each contract.
Payment is due upfront. Ad spend is paid directly to Facebook or other platforms.
Refunds are available only if the performance guarantee conditions are not met.
4. Performance Guarantee
Our 30-day service packages guarantee a set number of booked appointments (15 or 20 depending on package). The guarantee is void if:
You make unauthorized changes to campaigns.
You fail to approve assets or provide required information.
Your Facebook ad account is suspended for 7+ days.
Access to accounts is revoked.
5. Intellectual Property
All campaign assets, ad copy, strategies, and marketing systems developed by IQ-Digital remain our intellectual property and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of shared data, campaign results, and business information.
7. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for third-party platform issues (e.g., Facebook policy changes, account suspensions). Clients agree to cooperate in resolving such matters.
8. Termination
IQ Digital reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in:
Abusive or disruptive conduct.
Repeated failure to follow operational guidance.
Actions damaging campaign performance or the working relationship.
9. Use of Website
By browsing our website, you agree not to misuse its content or breach our intellectual property rights.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IQ Digital operates. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or mediation where applicable.
