4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment for services is due as per the agreed contract.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures a full refund (excluding ad spend) if we do not book at least 10 appointments within 30 days.
Refunds do not apply if client-side delays, lack of communication, or external factors prevent results.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and ad creatives developed by IQ Digital remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
Clients may use deliverables only for their chiropractic business and cannot resell or distribute them.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver results but cannot guarantee specific revenue or patient acquisition outcomes.
IQ Digital is not responsible for third-party service failures or changes in advertising platform policies.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:
Violates these Terms of Service.
Engages in unethical business practices.
Fails to provide necessary business details for campaign execution.

Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
